Mark and I got back from Venice late Saturday night - had a fabulous Birthday four day break. I even got a bowl of tiramisu complete with ‘Happy Birthday’ written on it in chocolate, candles and the waitress singing happy birthday to you. I am now back to reality with a bump.

Well I have internet. Broadband no less. It was a bit crap that the day they installed it the entire UK backbone decided to go kaploohie and the internet itself wasn’t working but hey… I can read my backlog of email!
Still not wireless (Bubb is doing that at the weekend) but at least the boing-boing-boing-kerpng [...]

So much for two weeks.
I now have a phone line as of today - hurrah.
Now I have to wait another two weeks until BT bring forth the ADSL line so my broadband provider (who aren’t BT) can give me my fecking broadband.
