Finally…

We exhanged on our sale yesterday at 16.08. Woo-ho, get in.
The flat* is nearly off our hands. We should complete on Friday and then I can forget (or try to forget) the months of builder induced hell that this place brought us.
Next step is exchanging on our purchase. Hopefully - if their solicitor gets off [...]
