We exhanged on our sale yesterday at 16.08. Woo-ho, get in.
The flat* is nearly off our hands. We should complete on Friday and then I can forget (or try to forget) the months of builder induced hell that this place brought us.
Next step is exchanging on our purchase. Hopefully - if their solicitor gets off his arse and sends the remaining paperwork - sometime this week with completion on 30th June.
In the meantime we have sun in Brighton today. It would be completely rude of me not to go to the beach as it is all of one street away. I could take my laptop to do some work, then again, maybe not.
