Today I made scones; all I need now are some cucumber sandwiches and darjeeling… or if I had some Cornish clotted cream I could have a cream tea. Yummy!

Several times this weekend I have misheard what someone has said with various amusing / bemusing outcomes.
Last night I was watching CSI:NY (my favourite of the three, heretical I know) and I misheard what one of the detectives said about a crucial bit of evidence (some meteorite dust.)

Moving

I was thinking today of our move this year to a new flat. I have very itchy feet. This led - of course - to thinking about moving away from England. That is a given. I will escape eventually (again).
