Wow, I’m sure to get tickets for this. I can get down to the ikea-lite ultra-bland sounds of Keane, Coldplay, Embrace and Super Furry Animals. Or perhaps check out some 80s derivative shite like Bloc Party, Kaiser Chiefs or Razorlight. Or I could check out the ‘Used to be quite good but now they’re a bunch of fucking crap has-beens’ tent with New Order, Beastie Boys and the Chemical Brothers.
I would rather stick knitting needles into my eyes than subject myself to the utter blandness that is Glastonbury. I can never understand people who go. It’s for dull people, with no originality, and no lives.

Selfish, have you ever been to Glastonbury before? Why does it incur your wrath more than other festivals?
I got kicked out last year, but what I saw of it was fairly good. It’s changed a lot, far fewer hippies and dogs on string, far more people with mortgages.
p.s. Kaiser Chiefs 80’s? Second Division Britpop chancers, more like. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.
