My sources tell me they are trying to. I just hope our judges think otherwise… But, good news on the Bush Parody song (my post before). The makers are being sued by the song’s copyright owner. BUT, in America the constitution states that if a work is used for Parody purposes that is fine and dandy and not copyright infringement ( love the EFF don’t you?). As the original work was a political parody itself I don’t think the naysayers have a leg to stand on. Rock on Freedom of Speech I say.

thanks for posting the link very amusing !!! I did think that sending this stuff out to people in the UK would be er,well erm interesting anyway. How to make a nation paranoid…. what was the first thing that went through my head when I saw on the news they were going to do this? ‘Is there something there not telling us?, are they expecting an attack of some kind?’

Reminds of of the old (and totally futile) ‘Duck and Cover’ campaign they ran in 60’s America.
“Oh no it’s a nulclear strike! No wait, if I hide under this kitchen table here I’ll be fine.”
Oh brother.
hi, i just loce governement campaigms.. lsat year they kept on saying ” Do not worry, everything is fine”, despite the hopitall alerts , until they discovered 10000 dead from the heat in France.. And of course, nothing has been done to prevent it this year except a campaign to explain old people they should drink when it s hot…

It’s hilarious isn’t it. Shame whoever decided it had to be taken down has no sense of humour.

It’s still there, anyway. The government can’t insist that it be taken down… can they?

You can tell it’s fake because it says there’s going to be a French translation.
