Finding Oneself

At sometime or another everyone gets the urge to put their name into cyberspace and see what appears. Today I did just that.

1) I was dead:

[Bobble] Aged 89, died Friday, April 16, 2004, after a brief illness. She was born on March 18, 1915, in Hooksett, a daughter of Oliver and Georgianna Paquette Laronde. While living in Durham, she graduated from Dover High School. She moved to Dover in 1945 when she married her husband, Raymond. For years she was a member of the Dover Senior Center Glee Club and the Jo Bridge’s Line Dancers. She enjoyed travel (especially to Atlantic City or Foxwoods), playing the piano, ceramics, knitting, cards, bingo and living at Cocheco Park with her friends.

2) My first husband must of been:

John Henry Butler who was born on 19 April 1901.

He married [Bobble], known as Hallie Girl on 4 June 1922, daughter of LeOra and Myrtle Freeman. I had a son called Hubert.

3) I was acrimonously divorcing my 3rd husband Gene, father of my three other children:

[Bobble] v. *****, NO. 95-CA-01020 COA, March 25, 1997

4) I must of been adopted by the Freemans as my actual father was:

Baron Gilbert(de Notten) DE [Bobble] brother of Sir Grelley and Cicely DE NOTTEN.

5) I have a locomotive named after me

6) I invented a defensive move in cribbage

7) Have an identical Icelandic sister.

I can only conclude I am attracted to unfashionably named men, am a trainspotter, dabble in the black arts of bingo and cribbage and like a good ho-down whilst attempting to squint like Bjork.

Nothing like that wonderful ho-down. Care to join me in a ho-down? I’m already chinky so I don’t even need to try to squint like Bjork. I already have her eyes. :)
